Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau To Honor Outstanding Members Of The Washtenaw County Hopitality
Industry
Lucy Ann Lance, Matt and Rene Greff, and The University of Michigan Health System to receive Ambassador Awards at
Annual Dinner on July 29, 2010


Ann Arbor, MI:  The Ann Arbor Area Convention and Visitors Bureau (AAACVB) will recognize outstanding members of the Washtenaw
County Hospitality Industry at the 22nd Annual Recognition Dinner and Ambassador Awards. The event will be held on Thursday, July
29 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the University of Michigan Stephen M. Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor with keynote speaker David
Brandon, Director of Athletics at the University of Michigan.

This year’s Ambassador Award recipients are Lucy Ann Lance of WLBY Radio, Matt and Rene Greff of
Arbor Brewing Company and
Corner Brewery, and the University of Michigan Health System.

Lucy Ann Lance has been an important part of Ann Arbor’s hospitality community for over 20 years. As a radio and television
personality, Ms. Lance is a champion for local businesses in the Ann Arbor Area.

Matt and Rene Greff have been serving Washtenaw County visitors and residents delicious micro-brews since opening Arbor Brewing
Company in 1995. They are also involved in several community organizations and are committed to giving back to the community
where they live and work.

The University of Michigan Health System (UMHS) provides excellent healthcare services to Washtenaw County residents and visitors.
Each year, UMHS treats more than one and a half million outpatients, provides at least 43,000 hospital visits, conducts hundreds of
scientific research projects and educates the next generation of medical professionals.
